Return and Refund Policy for Ruby's Daughter Curvy Boutique
At Ruby's Daughter Curvy Boutique, we strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@Rubys-daughter.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will then provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Please note that sale items, clearance items, intimates, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
